This page explains how workflowsaga.com uses cookies.

1. What we actually use

workflowsaga.com doesn't set any analytics or tracking cookies by default. The only thing stored automatically is a small flag (via localStorage, not a cookie) to remember that you've already seen our entry screen, so it doesn't reappear on every visit. This is strictly functional, contains no personal data, and isn't used to track you across sites.

We do use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful to visitors — but it only runs if you explicitly accept it via the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you reject it, or don't respond, nothing is sent to Google and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer of any page.

2. About Google Analytics

If you accept, Google Analytics (GA4) sets cookies to collect anonymised information such as which pages you visit, how long you stay, roughly where you're browsing from (city/country level, not precise location), and what type of device you're using. We use this only in aggregate to understand site usage — never to identify you individually. This data is processed by Google; see Google's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle it.

3. Our staff portal

portal.workflowsaga.com is an internal tool used only by our team to manage client projects, agreements, invoices and scheduling. Clients don't have accounts and don't log in to it. It uses strictly necessary cookies to keep our staff securely signed in. These aren't used for tracking or advertising, and aren't set on the main workflowsaga.com website.

4. Managing your choice

Use the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer of any page to reopen the consent banner and change your choice at any time. You can also control or delete cookies for any website through your browser settings — search your browser's help documentation for "cookies" for instructions specific to your browser.
